Due to large demand, the lodge is almost full.
We apologize for the scarcity of rooms and will do our best to help work with members in finding accommodations. At the same time, we are excited about the enthusiasm that is building for what will be a unique and memorable conference.
Currently we are recommending two options for accommodations:
1.There are a limited number of suites available in our block of rooms, these were originally over $300 and are now available for $229. These will go quickly. 2.There are also three hotels within 15-20 minutes of the lodge that have availability. For these you would need to find transportation to and from the lodge. We can help coordinate ride-shares.

Transportation to the 2014 Conference

Public Transportation

Airport
Tenaya Lodge is about 55 miles from Fresno Yosemite Airport (FAT). It is recommended that you allow at least 90 minutes for the drive. The following options are available for transportation to and from the airport:

Please allow ample time between your flight arrival time and the shuttle departure.

Cost:
For Shuttle reservations made by Midnight EST on August 30: $20 each way. Early reservation deadline extended to September 8th!
For Shuttle reservations made after Midnight EST on September 8th: $35 each way.
Refunds: Due to the costs involved in scheduling the shuttles, we are unfortunately not able to give refunds.
Car and Taxi Services:
Touch of Class Limo Service: Their smallest sedans would accommodate 2 or 3 passengers. Their $62/hour rate would come to an all-inclusive total of $253.80 for a trip from FAT to Tenaya Lodge as they charge for the chauffeur's trip back to Fresno. Their last minute bookings still require at least 2 hours notice.
Average cab service is approximately $170 for the trip.
