Roles & expectations of Mentors & Mentees
- Mentors & Mentees are to be members in good standing with the NADTA.
- Up to date with CE's - Up to date with NADTA's Membership Fees
- Mentors & Mentees are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant of the NADTA Code of Ethics.
- Participation in the mentor program is voluntary. No compensation will be granted or awarded.
- Mentorship is not supervision.

Confidentiality and Disclaimers
- Confidentiality will be upheld as outlined in the NADTA’s Code of Ethics.
- NADTA’s Mentorship Program looks to connect Registered Drama Therapists with students/new comers/emerging clinicians to share information and knowledge regarding the profession of drama therapy.
- The NADTA does not recommend or endorse the participants or the services they provide.
Conflict resolution, grievance, and relationship termination
- Mentors and Mentees have the right to end the Mentoring relationship prior to the time commitment originally determined by both parties.
- In the case of serious grievance, Mentors and Mentees have the right to file a complaint with the NADTA Board and Mentorship Committee.
